Bailey has been practicing as a pediatric occupational therapist for over 4 years. She has experience working with infants, children, and adolescents in a variety of settings, primarily outpatient pediatrics. One of the most rewarding aspects of servicing pediatrics is being able to take a “family-centered†approach to the therapy process. The most important people in a child’s life have an active role in helping them achieve their goals.
Bailey has earned both her Bachelors Degree in Psychology and her Master of Occupational Therapy degrees from the University of North Dakota. She has her NBCOT certification and is licensed to practice in North Dakota and Minnesota. In addition, she is one of six providers in the North Dakota/Minnesota region who is board certified in the use of biofeedback for the treatment of pelvic muscle dysfunction (BCB-PMD) including issues of pediatric incontinence, bedwetting, and constipation.
Bailey has received additional training in the areas of bowel and bladder dysfunction, Autism Spectrum Disorders, challenging behaviors in children, feeding concerns, basic sign language, and sensory supports. She is also First Aid/CPR certified.
